Suppliers & partners

Working with us

How to start working with AMMAZZA as a supplier or partner, and how we handle invoices and payments.

Suppliers

Becoming a supplier

To be considered as a supplier, email [email protected] with:

  • a short company profile and the goods or services you provide
  • your company registration certificate and tax identification number
  • the name and contact details of your account contact
  • any relevant certifications or accreditations

We’ll confirm receipt and tell you if we need anything else. Approved suppliers are set up in our records before any purchase order is issued.

Invoices & payments

How we invoice and pay

Invoices to AMMAZZA

Send invoices to [email protected], quoting the purchase order or contract reference. Invoices without a valid reference may be delayed.

Invoices from AMMAZZA

Our invoices are issued in the name of AMMAZZA Integrated Services Ltd and sent from an @ammazzaintegrated.com address. If you’re unsure whether an invoice is genuine, email [email protected] before paying.

Our bank details never change by email alone. If you receive a message asking you to pay AMMAZZA into a new or different account, don’t pay. Confirm first with your usual AMMAZZA contact using details you already hold, or write to [email protected], typing the address yourself. We do the same for suppliers: we confirm any change to a supplier’s bank details directly with the supplier before paying.

Partners

Partnerships

We’re open to working with firms that complement our services, including technology vendors, specialist agencies and delivery partners for larger projects. To discuss a partnership, email [email protected] with an outline of what you have in mind.

What you can expect from us
