Employment verification
We confirm employment details for current and former staff in writing, with the employee’s consent.
Send requests to
Please write from your organisation’s official email address. We don’t respond to verification requests from personal email accounts or by phone.
Our written replies always come from an @ammazzaintegrated.com address.
How to request verification
- Get the employee’s written consent to share their employment details with your organisation.
- Email [email protected] with:
- the employee’s full name and, if known, staff ID
- the details you need confirmed
- the signed consent form or letter
- your organisation’s name, your name and your reference number
- We check our records and reply in writing, normally within five working days.
What we can confirm
- Whether the person is, or was, employed by AMMAZZA Integrated Services Ltd
- Job title and dates of employment
- Employment type (for example full-time or contract)
- Salary, only where the employee’s consent specifically covers it
Checking a document
If you’ve received an employment letter, payslip or reference that appears to come from AMMAZZA, send a copy to [email protected] and we’ll confirm whether it’s genuine.

If you work for AMMAZZA and need an employment confirmation letter for a bank, landlord or embassy, email [email protected] with what the letter needs to say and who it’s addressed to. You can also point the organisation to this page so they can contact us directly.
